    I apologize. I wanted to say that they have solved it for me. They have written to me asking for the invoice and nothing else. After a few minutes I had an email confirming that they had added Maschine 3 to my account (maschine central has also been added)

    sounds like it had to be manually added then …

    i have also emailed my confirmation of purchase to the support ticket.

    looks like resolution is hopefully straight forward

    Hello notMorelia, have you purchased this product from second hand, or brand new? If this is brand new you should receive the Maschine 3, if you have purchased it second hand, as the system detected the first registration, you should then receive the Maschine 2 instead.

    Also, I checked your ticket and we received your ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    With the busyness and a system incident, our queue got longer and wait times became more than expected, however you will get an answer soon, so please have no worries about it and we are thank you for your patience.

    I have the same issue.

    I purchased a machine mikro mk3 off of Amazon. When I created my new account and added the serial number as directed, I don't have the machine software in my native access. How do I get the Maschine Software into my native access?


    I have tried to go through the support section on your website but it was not helpful in resolving the issue. I also tired the chat and I received no response from a support agent.

    new mikro registered tues. software delivery issue resolved friday morning

    I am having this issue as well, opened a support ticket earlier this week regarding the software and a secondhand license, never heard anything, bought a brand new mk3 to avoid the second hand license worry, and now can't get any machine software. The headache of having to downgrade to an older version of NA as well because every single fix to get past the allow dependencies issue has not worked for me is an added bonus

    This is incredibly disheartening to say the least, when you buy a 500-700 piece of hardware in preparation for a project and the lack of software support renders it effectively a paperweight.

    Please assist.

    You need to contact N.I. Purchase Support. In case that you need guidance contacting support : Howto contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

    Site functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use)

    I will also alert Customer Care but they will not be around before Monday or later.

    Support does not work weekends or holidays and could take some workdays to respond.

    Otherwise then I will ask if @Jeremy_NI, could you please check state of the tickets of Denbyvz and dvw17 ?

    To add to this, I bought the brass n bounce expansion and that is also nowhere to be found in my NA...

    Please get back to my colleague, he replied last Thursday. There might be a confusion here as you only mention the second hand Maschine.

    Thanks for following up. I do see a reply to that particular ticket that seemingly went to my spam.

    I do have another ticket that I made regarding the maschine software still not being in my native access account, even though it is showing in my serial numbers on the website (I think... No maschine 3 software, just a hardware serial and some other random stuff like maschine monark etc)
