    i dont have a support ticket (i dont think) the chatbot refereed me to an agent who didnt show up

    thanks for the response I already have a ticket open that I have responded to with the confirmation/invoice for my Mikro 3 order.

    I have replied (and reopened as it was closed) ticket  #4420276

    my initial support ticket #4420276 was treated as an activation failure, and after replying with an article to delete xml files and login & log out of Native Access — the support ticket was closed — i have replied to this so hopefully it is reopened

    to add more information Monarch (i believe i already have Massive and Prism) was added immediately to NA as was the various elements of Komplete Start (band).

    I have not activated any software from Komplete Start, and no version (even demo) of Maschine 3 or Central Library is available.

    I've got the same problem. Bought a Mikro MK3 off Amazon, but I've only received Select 15. As I understand it, I should also get Maschine 3 and Maschine Central? I tried logging out of Native Access and logging back in, that didn't fix it. The MK3 serial number is showing up under all my software etc but no Maschine has materialized. I had Maschine 2 installed, is it maybe thinking I need to buy an upgrade even though I bought new hardware that came with it?

    i doubt your prior Maschine 2 has any impact.

    I am in an almost identical situation (with no prior Maschine installs)

    - did you get Monarch, Massive, and Prism?

    I already had Massive and Prism, but Monarch and the voucher purchases of Komplete Select showed up immediately — but no Maschine 3 or Maschine Central Library

    i also seem to have this same issue. i purchased an mk3 on november 9 and registered on november 11, but no maschine 3.0 in native access. i think/hope i am in the system, but the chat support ai bot has been giving me the run-around for two days, so i'm not sure. please confirm that my request is being addressed. thanks.

    it isn't clear that at the end of the chatbot a support ticket is available to be opened (it presents textfields) like "subject/description/…. etc"

    it sounds like with the maschine / central library they have move to a new repository and NA isn't always correctly accessing it (whereas ) older products (monarch/komplete instruments & fx) are still being pulled from the old repository and are showing up fine.

    Same problem here too. I registered my mikro mk3 two days ago, and got all other plugins (massive, komplete select, exc…) except maschine 3.0.

    I made a request and opened support ticket(not 100% sure but i think i did) and waiting for response.

    Hope this issue will be resolved soon. I was really looking forward to my new maschine.
