I already registered my Maschine Mikro Mk 3 but the machine software doesn't show up in the native access.

    Hello notMorelia, have you purchased this product from second hand, or brand new? If this is brand new you should receive the Maschine 3, if you have purchased it second hand, as the system detected the first registration, you should then receive the Maschine 2 instead.

    Also, I checked your ticket and we received your ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    With the busyness and a system incident, our queue got longer and wait times became more than expected, however you will get an answer soon, so please have no worries about it and we are thank you for your patience.

    just wanted to give people hope —- maschine 3 + central library has been added this morning.

    new mikro registered tues. software delivery issue resolved friday morning
