My question is below;
How do I make sure this preset "Sub Skotos," in Maschine 2 is tuned right? When I play a C into my piano tuner it hears G. How can I change that to C? I've searched the manual, and YouTube to end up with no relatable answers.🤔
Try a tune value of 48
No, but you can get close then hold Shift while adjusting the parameter for finer control. Works on the controller aswell.
You have to tune the sub note. In your photo you have adjusted it. the tuning knob

48 seemed to be the spot for me and my old Korg tuner, but there's probably some tolerance there.
Yeah. I tried with melodyne and it's perfect, if off it's by only 1 or 2 cents… 👍
