Crossgrade to izotope Everything im possible
I own the Complete Collectors 14 Edition and tried to buy iZotope Everything as a crossgrade. Your rules said i can use my Collectors 14 for that. I logged into my account. But when I use check out process it said I couldn't do a crossgrade. Instead of the €755 for the crossgrade, I have to pay ridiculously overpriced €2739. Are you OK, NI? - I looked for a way to contact a sales service. That's not possible because this don't exist! That's why I won't buy the iZotope package anymore.

What you are referring to is a 'glitch'. I have same qualifying K14 CE and I get same message so must definitely be a glitch here. Only notice that if what you have is an otherwise qualifying license is e.g. a NFR (not for re-sale) license then it might not qualify.
As a Komplete 14 Collectors Edition (not NFR) owner then you ought to be able to safely ignore the warning shown below. If you qualify then you qualify , it is really that simple.

But I will also call for @Jeremy_NI , could you please assure @realtwinny that it's OK to purchase this crossgrade when you are a K14 CE owner ?
P.S. In general then in case of any mishaps in connection with buying from the N.I. store (N.I. can not be responsible for sales on other stores) then you simply contact N.I. Purchase Support and they will sort you out. Just make sure that you qualify before buying, which you most certainly do in this case.

Support does exist., for sales, account, installation or product usage, there's even a chat service. Where did you look? We have a dedicated support for Native Instruments and also one for Izotope.

I own a full (not NFR) version.
For a better understanding: I searched the "direct links", the "FAQ" and the" imprint" for ways to contact support. In sales support I was repeatedly redirected to the FAQ where I couldn't find a link. It's all far too complicated and gives the impression that NI doesn't want to have any contact with the buyer.

Since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use) .

btw, is it maybe the problem that they called it "Komplete 12-15 Ultimate Collector's Edition"
in the shop ? The collectors edition in my account has no "ultimate" in the name…

Same here and don't trust the "glitchiness." I own Komplete 14 Collector's and am considering 15 and, possibly, the Izotope upgrade (cross-grade) but not without assurances it will work. I am logged in as I should be and "ignore" the not eligible stuff is not a real tech support answer. Also, one should not have to chase down contact info for support - it is not shown readily on the website.

What is an NFR version ?
Not For Resale . NFR is typically used for Complimentary version licenses. If you bought something as a customer in N.I. ship then you will get the standard version and you do not need to worry about the NFR. It will clearly say NFR if it is NFR.
There is no real problem, if you qualify then you qualify, but in case of any doubts then ask N.I. Purchase Support. But I can ask @Jeremy_NI , could you please assure bryanrd6 that any problems will be fixed if he wants to update his bundle or cross-grade ?

Your link takes me to the chatbot. And then after "asking" the question I am shunted to a page for Ozone 11 (only) Advanced and that I am not eligible for the lowest cross-grade price. I am interested in the full suite for the proper price. How does one actually get to a human and why is this glitch still taking place?

This glitch is because NI & Izotope have different systems and sometimes these issues can appear. The process of total unification is a long one.

Hello - Thank you for the response. I finally heard back from an agent and the only response I got was a link taking me to the current sale on Collectors 15 for new users! It was completely ignored that I mentioned already owning 14 Collectors! The Izotope question about crossgrading was not addressed at all. You can imagine this is frustrating. I am also considering the Izotope "Everything" bundle for the crossgrade price of around $700US. However, when starting to go through checkout, I get a message that I don't qualify for it. I am literally looking at my Collectors 14 serial number right now in my account. So, you are telling me that I should have no problem with any of the Izotope crossgrades? As mentioned before, I am dubious. I appreciate your responses. However, this is cause for reasonable concern on my part and don't want to make a mistake or miss the sale. ~ Bryan
