Upset over Maschine 3 software!

Native Instruments SUCKS! I just spent over $542.04 to upgrade to KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION and NI didn't include this (Maschine 3 software)? Never ever going to purchase from you in the future. I have spent nearly $5,000 with you folks and I'm a hobbyist producer, not something easy to do. In several years, you will be out of business on the software side of your income stream. It was going to be AI that can deliver any sounds to the person who can describe the sounds they want to hear. Pissing your customers off now won't help you. If you want to hang onto your income streams, treat your customers as well. Basically, you suck as a business.

Completely different products, I don’t see how a Maschine update can be viewed as anything related to Komplete 15

You’re going to hang your hat on that answer? You’re missing the point. I’ve spent over $5,000 with NI, and that’s the response you give me? LOL. You’re not getting another dollar from me. I invested in your top-of-the-line products (Collector’s Edition), expecting loyalty to be reciprocated, but NI should treat its loyal customers like the lifeblood of the company. Oh well…

NI and Francisco Partners, AI is coming for your jobs. Many companies are now focused on achieving artificial general intelligence (AGI) and, eventually, artificial super-intelligence (ASI). This transition could happen within the next several years. And long before AGI reaches its full potential, I’ll have the freedom to produce music without Native Instruments.

Sam Altman has promised that ChatGPT-5 will be pushing the limits of AGI for applications like music creation! And if it doesn’t happen with ChatGPT-5, ChatGPT-6 is expected by 2026 or 2027, which should easily make it possible to create and manipulate any sound I can imagine. I could play these sounds directly on my Native Instruments S-Series Komplete Kontrol S88 MK3 keyboard—absolutely any sound I want! That day is coming sooner than expected. NI could soon be little more than a MIDI controller company. I love the S88 MK3! But other models, like the S61 MK3 and S49 MK3, should be reconsidered.

iZotope, on the other hand, is a true gem in software audio. Talk to me in a few years when AI is fully integrated into this space. Francisco Partners, I hope you’re aware of how short-term your investment may be.

LOL. I do realize iZotope and Native Instruments are the same company and owned by Francisco Partners. My point is that iZotope is going to get hit with the AI mega-storm, which will affect their investment. And I have not been rude to anybody on this thread. You, on the other hand, are being rude and attacking me. But no problem. I thought that this chat vehicle was to raise concerns for the customer. You probably don't understand AI and its implications for anyone's music production, but you will soon. Finally, it's you that doesn't get my point. If companies are going to be successful, there is a different way to do business. Ojustaboo, you are probably British because no one says, "But seeing your childish drivel, well just shut up and go away please" You are just too funny to understand.

ROFL! Really? Saying that the company sucks (twice), that they will go out of business, that they're p*****g off customers. You think that's polite? 🤣

@bkisslak I still do not get the point of this conversation (except that it is pure ranting).
So you are pissed because you payed 29USD for Maschine 3 and also, that there is no AI included that writes whole tracks for you?

If you want that, NI and iZotope are the wrong choice of software, there are plenty AI-MusicMakers out there

Personally I think your response to posters who have responded to you, came across a little rude.

But I also take your point about me, I was rude to you and there was no need for it.

I have edited my post, removed the rude bits and added a further bit

    Please accept my apology

Wow! Thank you. I understand that you may have a different opinion than mine, but it's all good.

I first bought Komplete 9 or 11 for the instruments to use with my MPC X. I saw Maschine and thought it was a sytnth. I opened it and thought it was weird: colorful sections. It took me a few months to relize that it required a MK3. I thought ,wow, i can use all these NI instruments PLUS VST 3s and VSTs in this software and it does the same ****** the MPC X does? Im in. I got the MK3 and the S-61 . Man that ****** did not do what the MPC software did at all. Maschine was just like some sequencer for NI instruments. The sampler was and still is horrible. The tuning distorts samples, no live warping, no changeing pitch,no key detention. This software is really trash. You can't even change the pitch of a kick, which they seem obsessed with selling via a thousand expansion kits. Zone says one key, then in keyboard mode it says the pad is middle c. Byt yea,Maschine did come with Komplete. NI just knows its customers want more out of Maschine so the 3 update which just adds stems and basically basic ****** other software has had for years( ie,bounce in place, mp3 file compatibility) is a cow they tryna milk till the cows come home. Maschine is dead. Komplete is in ICU, and Native Instruments as a company as fell to the dark side. Move on my brothee. Get a MPC or a Push 3.
