Maschine Software won't show up after Hardware registration
Hello,
I bought Maschine MIKRO MK3 and registered the hardware in NA. The instructions says that the software serial should show up in NA after registration of the hardware and I've refreshed NA several times now. So far only Massive, Monark and Prism show up but the MASCHINE software not. How can I resolve this issue?

Sorry to stumble upon this thread so late. There's an issue with certain serials not being released with Maschine hardware that were bought through retailers.
But first of all make sure that your operating system is supported:
If your OS is supported but still no Maschine 3 or supplements in Native Access then please get in touch with our support here: https://bit.ly/n1orders

If you bought the MIKRO new, you should see multiple serials in your account ⇒ https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/
Maschine HW <some serial>
Maschine 3 Software <some serial>
Komplete Select 15 <some serial>
…
If you see a Maschine 3 Software serialnumber, try to also register it in Native Access, maybe this helps.
If Maschine 3 Software does not show, it might be because it is newly released and in NI's backend there still is some hussle …

I have the same issue with a MK3 completely unacceptable. This thing is a paper weight

I have the same issue ….just got my maschine mk3 followed directions for native access ….. no machine 3 download link or komplete select ….. i ened up buying maschine 3 combo and got it woking but this has left a bad taste im my mouth and big dent in my wallet…. i am going to return it after less than 24hrs of owning it.

You should speak to support , you probably didn’t need to buy m3 , so they could possibly refund you that

yeah , bit of a nightmare, I think the timing, with the maschine 3 launch is the problem, it should of been handled better , I’m assuming that when you registered the mk3 , originally it would have come with maschine 2 , but as 3 has since been released it now comes with machine 3 , and this has cause some confusion somewhere, regarding which software should appear in your account , or native access.
hopefully it’s get sorted soon and you can use maschine , it worth holding out to at least check it out.
generally speaking I’ve never had any issues with licences, other than a slight delay in receiving them for a exp years back , or when I wanted to transfer a license once , I know the maschine plus had some issues , which affected some people , tho I wasn’t one of them1 -

Same problem with me. Try to get in contact with support but waiting, waiting, waiting…. What happened to the e-mail support. Is NI thinking we are all musicians without work so they can keep us waiting in a chat?
The waiting time is more expensive than the product.

New MK3 just arrived from NI.
Registered in Native Access but no Maschine 3 software appearing.
Waited in support chat as number of calls ahead of me INCREASED

Hi. I bought a Maschine Mikro MK3 today. Although I registered the serial number, I did not see the promised Maschine 3 and attachments. I traveled several kilometers today to buy this product. I am very disappointed. This was probably the worst purchase I have made recently.

It is not even clear who to reach, where and how. You left us alone with the artificial intelligence chatbot. What are we supposed to do now? Don't you have a solution for people who have so many problems? I can't use the product I bought. This is so ridiculous.
