I was hoping to get note highlighting and pinch to zoom in the midi player. The midi player is the only reason i need another daw :( (and of course decent automation would have been nice). At least now I can mute notes.

If you have a big problem with $29.00 maybe music production isn't the right hobby for you? Again, this is how every company does it. How else do they fund new updates?

Not making the ability to use as a plugin inbound daw and route with easy is a hugh miss for me..

So far none of the youtubers talk about all the new stuff but Loopop has one of the best, as usual:

And to think they had 10 plus years to get it right .. now we have to wait for 3.0.1 😆 to get slow pace additions

No mention of the huge profit they make on every other product they sell though. And don't tell me this is not the hobby for me. It's not a hobby my friend, it's my living. As it turns out Maschine 3 has proven to many that NI don't really know where to go with it. Certainly nothing new that would want me to pay any amount of money to upgrade. My decision to jump ship and invest in another platform was a wise move.

I for one would much rather an audio software company focus on their products sounding great.

At the end of the day, is anyone listening to your music going to care what visual resolution you produced it in?

If I'm giving orders at the company, I'd probably prioritize how our audio products sound and would pursue avenues that utilize resources along those lines first. Seems reasonable, no?

Wait… you jumped ship and invested in another platform. Do you sing their praises in the forums over there?
