Download Failed for all downloads in Native Access

Hi,

I recently downloaded Native Access on my Macbook Pro (M3), running Sonoma (14.6.1). every download I have attempted has resulted in: 'Download Failed'

I have granted Native Access full disk access.
Has anyone encountered and solved this issue?

    I opened a ticket about this. They responded that it is not compatible with my current version of Mac OS (Sequoia 15.0.1). Another user on this community has same issue with Ventura. So that is three OS's with the same issue. Something more fundamental is going on. Please submit a ticket as well. You can initiate a chat and do it from there.

    Hello foo_bar,

    If you are receiving the "Download Failed" error message, please perform the following steps: 

    1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar.
    2. Click iCloud on the right, click Private Relay, then turn off Private Relay.

    It doesn't work. I already had Private Relay off and it still results in download failure.

    Hello good afternoon! Thanks for responding, I can't install the audio card drivers! It always gives an error and says it is not compatible. I just updated my system to MacOS Ventura and it continues to give the same error. Now I can't install anything else. I haven't used my card for 2 months now and I can't solve this horrible problem.
