Update Komplete 15 available but not showing up in Native Access

Hi, I got the message this morning that my pre-ordered Komplete 15 Standard is now available through Native Access.
My account (from the webbrowser) indeed indicates that I can download Kontakt 15 but when i open Native Access I only see a (partial) list of Komplete 14 instruments that I downloaded earlier. No mention of Komplete 15 items.

Hello Waalstudio, as there can be some latencies in the system, you should receive the Komplete 15 during the day, please let us know if you have not received it after few hours.

There are a LOT of problems with the Komplete 15 upgrade in that the tool is losing the "applications" tab and you cant install Kontakt 8 or any of the other required features…I am only seeing two new updates but when I first start the NI agent there are dozens but once it stablizes I lose the ability to see the others so something is clearly broken.

Hello Jaymz34, at the beginning as all of the Komplete 15's launched at the same time, these issues happened due to the traffic in our systems. Are you still experiencing these issues?

The problem was not with the downloads but the order to which they were installed. If Neutron 4 is installed first it prevents the application tab from being viewed…it completely disappears however if you install Kontakt 8 before that or everything before that then its fine.

Please check on your orders page that the order is not stuck as 'Pending' .
Else then normally then either product has been automatically added to your account , check your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if bundle lists on your account page ,or you should have had a serial sent in an email. Please check the account page and re-read the emails and also please check the email spam-folder.
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS and be sure that you are logged into the same account in Native Access.
If you have a not registered serial then add it in the Add Serial function in N.A. and reboot your computer.
If the serial is registered to your account but does not show in Native Access then you can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
