Please help I have a mega problem

I just purchased the full version of KINETIC TOYS for use in KONTAKT PLAYER 5 on my 2006 MacBook running Snow Leopard OS. I don’t know when, but this Mac no longer will connect to the internet and I intend to do nothing about that. I am using a windows laptop (windows 11) and here’s my plan:
Download and install NATIVE ACCESS (which obviously needs to be the Windows installer for NA) but I want to DOWNLOAD the Intel Mac version of Kinetic Toys (.dmg) package and transfer this via thumb drive to the old MacBook and install it on my external drive running KONTAKT 5 PLAYER. Is anyone here surprised that I cannot get the .dmg for the Mac via this windows version of NATIVE ACCESS?
I have no desire whatsoever to run contact player on the windows laptop. It’s slow and ugly, and my MIDI rig is equipped ONLY to speak to the MacBook. I need NI to email me a .dmg that I can install on the Mac’s external drive.
mans I need to do this, like, YESTERDAY.

    This is helpful, as I did not know this. But all I need is the .dmg installer for this KONTAKT instrument, and I know it will install because I am using others on the Mac running KONTAKT 5 Player.
    can I not download and transfer this installer using windows 11? Surely someone at NI can just send me a compressed file? I have all my receipts, serial number, etc.

    so I got the entire folder of kinetic toys off the PC onto the MacBook via USB drive and the .NKI files will not open, as a box pops up announcing that “these instrument files”were created with a newer version of “the software”. I just hope that when I get my new MacBook I will be able to authorize this instrument for use in KONTAKT 7 🤞🏼

    Hello Draughtbones, as PK The DJ said, your operating system is an old operating system which is not supported anymore, therefore, it will not be possible to help you in this case. So the best thing to do, will be getting a new Macbook with a new operating system and use your product there as you said.

    Only thing that gets me is that when reading about the instrument, it says that system requirements were KONTAKT 5 or 5 Player (which I am running … I know the computer is OLD as dirt … but I am still loading third party boutique instruments on that platform. When I initially got the kinetic toys folder over to the folder where all my KONTAKT instruments are stored, it recognized the installer immediately. But THIS HAPPENED:

    A dialog box appeared asking me if I wanted to run an “ungraded version of the files” - naturally I said YES because WHO DOESN’T LOVE an upgrade, but it turns out, this UPGRADE is what made the files incompatible with my version of K 5 Player.
    but my point is: 5 Player would have loaded and played the NON-UPGRADED files, had I responded “NO”.

    So for my $100 I just want NI to send me a copy of the original instrument files I had before selecting to convert them!

    Someone from NI must read these boards … I’m not trying to rip them off or share my files because I’m not really a sharer 😜

    Isn’t this a simple ask?
