Please, let them stabilize those 8 first 🫣😉

And/or maximize the number of inputs by using an external interface IN ADDITION to the internal one. That way adding an external interface with 2 stereo / 4 mono inputs (like NI’s own Komplete Audio 6) would bring the total amount to 6 instead of just adding 2.

Same limitation goes for the number of outputs.

Then again, still looking forward to the announced update that (hopefully) stabilizes the current implementation…

It's looks like they are focused on Maschine 3 - so it's probably another months without any update - both technical update and information update :DDD

For some reason, I don’t believe NI will bring something very different. I mean, M+ is good for what it is. But we have seen so many years without updates, that I don’t believe it anymore. Even if a new maschine comes… will I invest more? Not sure.

Well, they could bring up some dynamic UI visualizations, maybe add some FX from Komplete, maybe even bring some nee instruments (stripped down play series?)… but… I am not sure people will invest back into Maschine ecosystem.

Maybe if this all happen free and for current hardware…

Just interesting to watch…

it may bring belief to some users. It is a matter of the fonal target. If the final target is to keep current user base, or just keep abandoning it and look for new users who don’t have many year old experience.

The best post that i've read here for a while. It generally does feel like a negative space here and it's a shame really that the site can't be split into a complaints/requests/demands part for the volatile and perfectionists, and a happier space for the rest of us, who just enjoy it for what it is.
