ISSUES REDEEMING E VOUCHER

Received an E voucher with my purchase of F1, and tried to redeem it last night to purchase Maschine Essentials (have Maschine Mikro mk2 used, but former owner never properly transferred license for the software) I entered the code and it took the voucher amount off the price. When I tried to use my bank card to pay the remainder, it would not verify (not sure why). It showed under my purchases as pending, but this morning was no longer listed under purchases. I tried to go through the process again, and now my voucher is not working.

I have used NI products for EVER and have never had a problem until this week (also having issues w/ TP4), and as I have an open ticket for another issue, can not get any response in the Chat Assistant (my last chat still shows up and if I enter new text there is no response.

Super frustrated, any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    SOLVED, NI reached out a re-issued a voucher, was able to purchase Maschine Essentials (wife bought me a used Mikro MK2 and former owner did not transfer license for software). Thank you everyone that reached out to help! Now if I can get the issue fixed with the remix decks in TP4…… but think that is going to need a patch/update…….
