You could try to re-install as I suggested here. Else , on Windows you can always easily get the NTKDaemon. On Windows then after Native Access installation then there ought to be a NTKDaemon installer at this disk location : C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Native Access\resources\daemon\win
Else you can get the latest NTKDaemon by unzipping the downloaded Native Access. E.g. : just download latest version of N.A. then rather than installing then unzip the file using a Zip program , then the unzip of version 3.13.0 will create a directory named "$PLUGINSDIR" , in that directory there is a file called "app-64" , and if you unzip that then you will find the NTKDaemon installer in the sub-directory resources\daemon\win

I've manage to reinstall native access after using N.I reg tool. I hope there will be no trouble next time.

how would you describe it not working. My problem is it won't take my username and or password to gain access. Is this how you describe your difficulties?

I'm on NA 3.13.0 (050bb23 / 1.20.0.0).
When I click the 'Login' button, I get a blank panel pop up.
I have removed (cleaned the windows registry), deleted the user directories, re-installed the c++ redistributable.
Any thoughts. I'm getting ready to completely bail on NI here. This one application seems to defy attempts of developers to be a stable and workable piece of software. Sorry to be a bit narky here, but the number of problems with this software seem never-ending.

I had the same issues, and just wanted to try a few different troubleshooting strategies and reinstalled the NTK_Daemon installer and it's now working, be sure to restart your system after the install, and this was done for my Windows setup.

Hey, I am still having issues. When I open Native Access 2.exe it does nothing. I already tried the VC_redist.x64 method and nothing.

We all know the decrepit state of NI, but can't the Mods/NI cannot manage this in a more proactive manner?
