Hello everyone,

As this is one of the common issues at the moment and I'm seeing so many similar issues with these reasons, I would like to open this discussion here.

These issues are caused by the latest version of the Native Access and we are aiming to solve these with the new update.

In the meantime, here is the workaround that can help you to solve this issue:

Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again

This can help you to recover your products, if the issue persists,

Alternatively please, downgrade to NA 3.8.1 and this can help, here are the direct download links for that:

NA 3.8.1
WIN:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hSLWL7pFqA8t-3_H93uO1DDdIi0nMixV/view?usp=drive_link

MAC INTEL:https://drive.google.com/file/d/14DmjR8-f7KAV6WxCu_rm-WxX2jxhk1fJ/view?usp=drive_link

Mac AMR (M1/M2/M3): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wLSCJwzMFgXZgDJlnO6Ilc-GjVB1E4XK/view?usp=drive_link

I hope this will help☺️

Hi all who read this, PM of Native Access here.

This should be resolved in version 3.12.0. Please uninstall the above version of Native Access and install the latest version here. If you're still experiencing issues, report this to our CC team so we can investigate further.

Hi, I'm new to this page and I'm also not 100% sure if my issue is related to this issue, but I've just upgraded my external HDD to an NVMe M.2 40gb usb-c and I've just transferred all of my NI plugins onto the new HDD to free up space on my MacBook Pro drive. My MacBook Pro is an Intel i9, with Sonoma as the OS. I already have the Intel Native Access version downloaded, which I've used for years. As part of my investigation into my issue, I have read all the knowledge articles on how to re-locate and re-install my NI files in native access, I have downloaded the Native Access version 3.8.1 as instructed above, and when I launch native access I still get Demo showing on all of my plugins?

Thanks and I appreciate any assistance

Hello Dinisnunes, it is not possible to tell something 100% sure for the reason but the workaround can be tried and this can help you to solve this issue.

First, I would kindly suggest to download the latest version of the Native Access using this link: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

If this issue persists, even after this, you can then try the first step of the workaround got mentioned here:

Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again

And this can help you with this case.

Please let me know about the results afterwards☺️
