Is there any difference between the content downloaded from different version of Native Access?

Hello,

NI Support team advised me to a downgraded but stable version of Native Access (3.8.1) which I did.

My question is - Is there a difference between product contents downloaded from different versions of Native Access?

Will I have to update my products again when I upgrade to latest version of Native access?
