Ableton Lite - I didn't get any emails for it

I read the support thread here:

… but I didn't get any emails relating to it at all, so I'm not sure WHAT to do. It took me three weeks to get the firmware updated (nightmare) and now I have no ability to get Ableton.

Is there a link somewhere other than the email that I didn't get? Or some way to get the email re-sent?

if you go to the native instruments main page, there into your account "products and serials", there are all products listed, activated or unactivated.
