Wrong NI Komplete-14
I've been trying to reach out via support@native-instruments.com, order@native-instruments.com, etc till someone directed me here.
I bought NI Komplete-14 just a few weeks ago.
Didn't realize it was the Standard Version.
All along, I had thought it was the Ultimate Edition till I saw it in Native Access.
Please, would you kindly assist in rectifying this situation?
For further Information regarding the Order and the Reference Number, please let me know if (and where) I should send those to you.

I agree that this kind of issues requires direct contact with the support/order department.
Unfortunately, the Links you provided all lead to the FAQ which is not at all useful in this particular case.0 -
I agree this type of situation could use a little more personal touch like reaching out to the Support/Order Team. Unfortunately, the Links you provided lead to the same FAQ which cannot help in this case…
