Where is Maschine 2 software ? its not showing up in Native Access

    FINALLY THEY HELPED ME. I JUST GOT AN EMAIL. THEY SAID THERE WAS AN ERROR TYPO IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS (The problem was due to a typo in the email you registered the Maschine Mikro) dont know how the heck that happened in the first place. my ISSUE IS FINALLY FIXED.

    If you own it, it should be there.

    If you see it in your NI account, it should be in Native Access too.

    If it shows up in your NI account as "Unregistered" copy its serial number and then use the "Add serial" option in Native Access.

    If none of the above applies, check if your Native Access is an old version (you should have Native Access 2 v. 3.11 )

    If you do have the latest version, then, please provide more information (operation system etc.) and/or some screenshot too.

    Thanks iv done all of this already. actually when i bought this mikro mk3 everything went smooth it only happened as soon as i resetted my laptop and thats when problems occured. i bought the machine and it came with Massive Vst and Maschine 2 already. as already mentioned it was going great now its nowhere to be found anywhere i also tried adding my hardware serial and it told me its already been registered. fustrating native instruments dont seem like they reply niether

    ok, what is the status in your NI account?

    can you see Maschine 2 there, as a registered product?

    if so, try to copy its serial and add it to Native Access (not your hardware serial, but the one from Maschine)

    ok, i see that you have 3 products to repair + 3 updates…
    so, after trying my previous suggestion, maybe you should focus on those ones?
    and then do a full restart of your PC …it might seems irrelevant but in many cases, it provides solution.

    nope its not showing up there niether. but its wierd the software was there when i plugged the machine for the first time and installed native access for the very very first time. when i resetted my computer completeley and when i tried reinstalling native access back thats when the problem happened. i bought my machine from Guitar Center brand new as well.

    i actually unistalled those becuase i didnt need them thats not why. also maschine 2 was already missing way before i uninstalled everything else i didnt need but i will still check to see

    Unfortunately i can't offer a better suggestion at the moment. Try to contact NI Support, login and answer the AI questions as much as you can, to be able to contact with a real person (i emphasize this, because in the past many users didn't fully understood the process and gave up), and be patient, it might take few days to get a response. Unless @Jeremy_NI (or some more experienced Maschine user) can suggest otherwise.

    @Jiang li Feng I couldn't find any license or serial for Maschine, hardware or software on your account (same email address used for the forum). Maybe you registered it to another account.     Well this is just. All I remember is Ordering a Brand new machine from guitar center online and machine 2 cans with it. I swear I remember it I have proof of it. I can provide videos and pictures and snapshots I know clear as day I installed machine 2 before and also I have the licenses or product number and when I resetted my computer it came up missing. I don't understand why and I don't have a code for machine 2 anywhere also I had massive plugin that came with it. If this can't be fixed then I'm never buying a product from native instruments ever again. I will provide a video and the snapshots as I'm not home right now.
