Ethereal earth download failed
Hi good afternoon to all the community, I tried to update ethereal earth but it's got paused and a message saying that the download failed so I updated other products already and the problem it's there again, I'm tried to set all access to disk but it happen again, what should I do? thanks ind advance.

Please also check the obvious could be error that I forgot to add initially (temporary space on download drive or space at content drive ! :)
The resident Mac expert N.I. Employee and forum customer care person Jeremy_NI will not be back before Monday at earliest so you might as well contact N.I. Native Access customer service in the mean time if you did not get a fix of your problem. Otherwise you can check back next week to see if Jeremy_NI can help ! If he can not you will be asked to contact customer service anyway !

If using Wifi than also try cabled connection !
Else , you have to give customer service more chances and also call for resident Mac expert N.I. Employee and forum customer care person Jeremy_NI on Monday (though expect him to be very busy) but at least we could ask if he have any ideas at all !

4 Instruments to update one of which is Ethereal Earth it pauses at 1.40G then message download failed . full access has been granted

I solve the problem it's about to uninstall ethereal earth, then install again with the new version and got installed succesfully

What is your exact computer type and OS ? What is your version of OS ! What is your Native Access version.
You writing, quote : "I'm tried to set all access to disk" makes one think that you are on Mac OS despite your profile says Windows 11 ?
If you are on Mac then here are the standard things to check ! , as for full disk access then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access !!! also please check firewall and if Private Relay is on then turn that off in preferences ! Also , check that you are not out of temporary space on download drive or space at content drive ! :
Please be sure to use latest version of the Native Access for your OS !
You could also try resetting the Native Access XML (Mac AND Windows) , please consult the page My Product is Missing in Native Access

thanks mate for your answer, I'm using macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 the latest version, I did everything the only thing to to it's check up the firewall I downloaded and install native access again

Another thing you can check is that you don't have Private Relay enabled in your iCloud settings. That's been known to cause problems if you're using it. Not sure if that's been covered in the list of links above, but it's worth checking.

P.S. There has just been a report that a user tried to fix a download problem by switching download servers using a VPN connection. Such server issues ought not exist at all at the moment since there are no sales going on. But since the issue has been reported then I thought that I would share this with you also. It has been seen during the sales that specific libraries on specific servers had problems but as written then at least theoretically N.I: ought to have so good a grip on things that it ought not be a server issue but you never know. You could try to use a VPN to switch server if you want ! (I couldn't say which location to try to switch to !)

I've seen that switching locations using a VPN can help, personally I've not had problems here in the UK so using a UK endpoint might help.

I'm tried everything that native told me, check de folders location to see every one is in a different folder, create a hot spot with my phone internet, the private relay i don't have because i use normal icloud not plus, tried to install with a download link that they gave me but the update it's still there, in that mac i was never had an issue

I'm having the same issue with ethereal earth and analog dreams for days. though no problems with the kontakt update in the last days.
Mac mini m2, Mac OS 13.6.4 and about 700gb free disk space, latest native access... nothing of the usual tipps helped. only I didn't tried a cable connection instead of wifi, simply as I have no cable lying around.
