i can not enter my Native Access account. Does not accept my password. How do i change my password?

If you still have access to your email you can use the "Don't remember your password?" link on the login page for your Native Instruments account on the web site.

If you don't have access to the email you'll have to create a new account and contact support. Details are here - I Have No Access to My User Account – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)

i reset my password with apple's "strong-password". when i want to update my Native Instruments software via the "Native Access" portal it DOES NOT give me the option to use apple's "strong-password" . . i am still stuck!!! please help me to reset my password again! next time i will NOT use apple's "strong-password" option

thank you for your reply, it seem that i was able to change my password but when i want to update my Traktor S4 Pro MK3's software, Native Access does not accept my password and denies me to proceed. this is very frustrating, my software is so outdated. please assist, thank you

You have not previously stated computer model or specific OS , but since you list IOS as OS on your profile I will go with Mac (Please notice that as far as I know then IOS is an OS used for mobile units not laptops so your OS probably is Mac OS something !)

Please make sure that you are logged into the correct account in Native Access by checking the "MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS" page and unless your OS is an old 'legacy' Mac OS then that you are also using latest version of Native Access !

Also make sure that you have enabled Full Disk Access on your macOS for all used NI apps (including NTKDaemon)

If your OS is a Legacy OS then please use the installers here ! (Page includes both Legacy installers for Native Access and Traktor Pro !)

Also since you profile says that you are on Mac then please check the page "Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS"

Else if issues persists after both an un-installation of Native Access following a re-install of the correct version of Native Access for your Particular OS and a computer reboot and you have made sure that all NI apps have full disk access then you will have to contact support using this link

Don't forget folks; with NI you could have two passwords. One for the forum, and one for the main site. They could be the same values, or they might not be. I set mine up to be different and I'm forever typing the wrong password here.
