Tips: My products are showing up as DEMO in Native Access

Hi,
KONTAKT 5 keeps showing as DEMO despite registering the serial numbers in Native access. I'm using Logic Pro.
I installed and reinstalled , deleted the folder from library and added again. None of this worked.

This is so frustrating. My situation is this:
I have a Komplete 9 Upgrade with no base product (this after a sale of the base product) and Komplete 14 Ultimate with a base product KU12.
After an update, my older NI instruments like Massive, FM8, Battery 4 etc shows as Demo and associated to the K9 Upgrade serial.
I have done the instructions (deleting of the XML files and the NI folder with included NA folder) that NI support shows but that doesn't help.
So why isn't a way to just stop Native Access use the K9 serial and use the KU12 instead & why do the support telling me that I shall use the instructions that doesn't work?

Well, there is no way for me to delete the "old" K9 serial.
