How can I send MIDI signals to VST plugins on a MASCHINE 2
How can I send MIDI signals to VST plugins on a DAW? For instance, when I want to create a bassline ducking sidechain effect using the Cableguys Kickstart 2 VST plugin, how can I achieve this through MIDI? As you can see in the image, there are three different options here, and I can achieve sidechaining with the Audio section, but I'm not sure how to do it with MIDI. If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate your help 🙏
Have a wonderful day, everyone.

No, for this use case there are other solutions, read the end of this thread:

You can use both Audio and MIDI to trigger KickStart.
That is only true for Plugins that change incoming MIDI and turn it into something else, basically MIDI Out from plugs specifically, things like Scaler or fancy Arps; if all you want is to send MIDI from one Pad to another it's possible.

Is this the only solution? Can't I do this from Maschine 2?
