Is Plugin Delay Compensation being worked on?
Hello all,
I've been working in Maschine for around a year now and I think that the software is really close to be a proper DAW. I love the workflow. However, I think that a lack of Plugin Delay Compensation is the biggest flaw of the Maschine software. Is it being worked on by the developers? In another post I've seen that the VST3 support is going to be implemented soon. Can we have any confirmation regarding Plugin Delay Compensation in the Maschine software? I believe that it's a feature requested quite frequently.
Thanks!

Hey everyone, I've reached out to the Maschine team and this is their statement regarding Plug In compensation. It's probably not some of you want to hear but here it is: This is not on the roadmap for 2022. The next updates will focus on stability and performance improvements on Apple Silicon computers, and remove the need to use Rosetta 2 software.

Hello! Thank you very much. Let me know when you will acquire some information. I believe it has been one of the most frequently requested feature throughout the years so I hope it'll be implemented in Maschine soon.

If people want it I'm all for it as long as it's optional and I can toggle it off.
Mainly because PDC works by delaying everything to the same ms delay value of the track with the most delay. Say for example someone wants to use an iZotope's De-Click plug, it adds 600+ ms of latency, with a hypothetical PDC function enabled anything we would do on Maschine like just pressing Play or hitting Pads would have 600MS+ of latency, basically you do something now and hear it later... making a hands-on HW focused software very awkward to use. This is my understanding, someone pls correct me If I'm wrong.
I guess if the point is mixing/mastering inside Maschine and the user no longer cares about having latency across the board it's a valid approach, mixing engineers deal with high latency no prob as instant realtime playback is not important when you're not recording/performing/editing.

There is a 2.15 version coming soon with some new features, and not only for Mac users, are you part of Maschine Beta ? Would you like to be ?

Hello,
Jeremy, how to become a Maschine software beta tester ?
In the past, I tried to register on the Native Instruments website to become a beta tester, but no answer.
My native language is French.

That sounds better!
THX for that offer. Regrettably I can't spend enough time for a proper beta testing.

I'd like to be. I've had an account over on that centercode site for a year (or more), but never received any invitation.
