Any ideas? The "Download Failed: unknown error" - Stuff doesn't help

OK. Granting manually full HD-access to NKTDaemon and Native Access as well as disabling Private Relay, then restarting the computer HELPED solve the Download Problems on Sonoma for me!
Perhaps the installer / updater needs to be adjusted a bit? Or at least a message for SONOMA users?

Disabling private relay and restarting allowed the daemon to install a new helper tool, and now it's working.
Would be handy if the in app instructions for fixing the issue were in anyway close to what actually needed to be done, though.

Update on Win10 has been absolutely flawless for me

... after I tried everything I could find, I still cannot install 3.8.0 on a Windows 10 22H2
3.2 works on a Windows 1909 !
After wasting days, including work time, I had to install version 1, which works fine, but some app not listed - I guess I am forced to use Native Access 2!
So, I am in a limbo.
Why is there ONLY problems with Native Access of all the apps I have?
Tried support with the usual repeated answers, the obvious as all do, then I get abandoned - maybe because I do not spend much?
Believe me, I checked all the tips and tricks that worked for others - no results.
It seems being in IT since 1990s does not help, maybe I am getting older too, but then why does this happen 'only' with Native access?
I am pleased some had no problems.

Could it be that Native Access Poweshell, instead of directly using CMD (Admin) - just a thought.
I did switch Poweshell off the listing and now shows as CMD + CMD (Admin)... in the START listing, but I see NA2 still uses Powershell, so maybe I need to shutdown Powershell to force NA2 to use CMD (admin)... you never know with WIndows!

Sadly, the ads are still there in Native Access (at least for me). They aren't flashing and playing movies or something, so I can cope with it in the installer I guess.
The quality of life improvement I'd really like to see from NA is uninstall support. It's true that, at least for Kontakt libraries, you can just hunt down the files and delete them to reclaim space, but then it's left in a weird, inconsistent state in Kontakt itself.

by the way, I wanna buy another instrument in native, but I'm traumatized with "Stradivari cello download failure", is it okay to buy another instrument like I don't wanna get a failure again with "stradivari cello download failure".
what do you think?

I am still on NA1 and dont want to change that or be forced to until the latest NA is stable without problems. That said, I have no idea what this Ad/Banner you guys are talking about looks like. Ive just seen someone elses picture in this thread of a huge circular thingee on the left. Is that it? Hey thats waaay too intrusive. I hate ads because I find them intrusive unless I choose to want to look at something, so choice is the key. Being NA I could see a small unintrusive button that serves as a link to the other things you describe being OK but not Ads taking up the main NA page. Perhaps would you consider having it (said button) open to a separate page where everything is organized with appropriate links to the sections you have noted.
Make the delivery of this information meaningful yet exciting, and potentially personalized.
What exactly do you have in mind to make that work, like how are you going to do that without tracking us? and would we be opted out by default - for those who dont mind, they can opt in.

Any ideas? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my computer several times with no luck. On Windows PC, is there a solution or is the installer service down? Thanks for any advice...
