Order under review NOT HAPPY

I'm feeling quite frustrated. I invested in Fables to continue a collaborative project in my studio with a looming deadline next week. Unfortunately, I needed this software urgently at home. Despite owning 14 Collector's editions from NI, I didn't have Fables. I assumed purchasing it from the NI website would be a swift download, but my order is inexplicably under review. Even though the payment went through smoothly, this delay is far from ideal.

NI promotes its products as professional-grade, and professionals like me rely on their efficiency. I expected a seamless purchase process, especially when working against time. If this isn't resolved promptly, I'm at a loss for how to proceed with my project. As a dedicated customer, this experience is disappointing and worrying
