Hello eveyrone,


First of all, i'd like to apologise for my poor english !

I bought Komplete 13 (Upgrade for owners of komplete select)

And Komplete 13 Ultimate (Owners of komplete 8-13)

I got an ID transfert from the seller, but i can't add it, certainly because of missing base product (Komplete Select)

Do you know if i buy Komplete 14 select, i'll can activate thoses updates


I'm completely lost :(

    Not sure, probably yes, but better to ask. It is Upgrade from Komplete Select, not KS 8-13, so KS14 should do.

    This guy got almost the same problem, Upgrade from 14 Select to 13 Standard. Is it possible? — Native Instruments Community (native-instruments.com)

    I hope NI can help me with this one, i'm supposed to buy some other products, but its not really working at the moment

    Already did it, but seems like they have a lot of requests :/ No answers

    The guy selling me the komplet 13 tried to transfert K13 select, but it says "Not Transferable"

    Even with the serial number, impossible to add it to my account

    The seller's K13S may be part of bundle with hardware. And so Not Transferable. It is possible to transfer it only together with HW. But you would receive K14S anyway in this case.... NI might cange it to K13S upon your or better seller's request, if you explain, that it is needed as base product for K13 Upgrade.

    Or seller's K13S may be Not Transferable because it hes been registered quite recently to his account (two or three months, not sure which of those two). It is possible to transfer it anyway, but not automatically using page for Licence Transfer... One has to open the ticket with application of transfer for given Non Transferable licence.

    Or the K13S is NFT version. In that case, no way.

    Yes, its a part of a bundle with hardware. It shows "Komplete 13 Select for HW".

    But he sold the hardware a few month ago.


    Fortunately its not a NFT version !

    In that case it is not transferable. He cannot transfer it. It became NFT.

    I suppose, it might, but better to ask NI support. It would be sort of Upgrade and Downgrade at the same time. So, it might work, or might not....

    Likely not, but then again all we can do is just speculate. Better wait for NI support to get back to you before you might make a mistake.

    @Turnerceae You submitted your request on Tuesday. My colleagues will get back to you, they're still having a lot of requests to process at the moment. I pinged them, they should get back to you ASAP. Creating new tickets with the same request only slows down the whole process ;)
