Need help with serial verification

I received a new maschine mikro mk3 from guitar center for Christmas and when I tried to enter the serial number on native access, it said invalid serial. I tried all letter/number configurations to no avail. I opened up a ticket and have heard nothing back. Just want to get this bad boy up and running.

    Oof. *Exact* same problem here on Mac OS 12.5.1, although purchased from Sweetwater. NI hasn't responded at all to my support ticket, either.

    Note that due to the busy holiday season (resulting in a high volume of requests), the response time is currently longer than usual - as mentioned on the Support page.

    Understandable. Is there a way to check the status of my ticket? I only ask because I need to factor in the return policy time frame with guitar center in case it is not usable. I am truely stoked to start my maschine journey.
