Ableton, multiple Maschine tracks

Hi.

I recently started using Ableton and am trying to figure out my Ableton-Maschine workflow. Everything is going ok, installed the script etc, until I have 2 Maschine instances on separate tracks within Ableton.

It seems as though the Mk3 doesn't recognise when I change from one Maschine track to the other within Ableton. I have some drums on the pads in one instance and Massive x in another. It is currently showing the drums on the mk 3. If I switch Ableton to the Massive X track the Mk3 doesn't change and still shows the drums.

Is this just the way it is and I can only have one instance or is there maybe a setting I can change?
