cant see Traktor Dj 2 on native access

im trying to install the traktor dj 2 on windows, when i open the native access app i just dont see the traktor to dj

pls help me figure it out

sent them i ticket now, i dont think it will help, have any idea of what should i do?

Submitting a ticket is pretty much all you can do... you will need to see what their response is...

GO TO TRAKTOR DJ 2: Download free DJ software (native-instruments.com) and pres "GET TRAKTOR DJ 2" under "already have an account?" section. This page will appear:

You press again "GET TRAKTOR DJ 2" after that Traktor DJ 2 will appear in your native access app.
