Traktor Pro 3.6 crashed

Hello, I have a problem with CrashLog. After upgrading to version 3.6.0, the software does not work and throws the following message

You have a problem with Traktor Pro, not "CrashLog".

A crash log usually tells you what went wrong and why. Such logs are typically very technical in nature (i.e. not easy to understand) and thus you're likely better off contacting NI's support team and provide them the log file:

I feel like your CPU (AMD A6) may be the culprit here, but that's just my guess.

Hello have exactly the same problem, are two different error messages! But I don't really think it's an AMD processor if it's really because of that. Thanks in advance

Hey everyone, if possible could you please check your current version of native access and share it with us here? and then if the version isn't the latest one could you please try updating to the latest one and opening it first then opening Traktor and see if the issue still persists.

I have just tried and 3.6.1 crashes on my AMD CPU (Zen3 APU 5700G). I have NA2 v. 2.5.0. No real problem for me as I use TP2 and on Intel.... I just tried if it is common problem.

It seems to crash when connecting to audio interface. I have choosen ASIO4ALL

It does not crash if using native ASIO driver (Mackie BigKnob Studio+)

But it does not crash anymore even when using ASIO4ALL....

So, maybe the problem was the scanning of files on background. Maybe combined with initialisation od audio interface....

TP3 has crashed twice on fresh startup.

Did a complete reboot of Windows because NI support said it was because of their Windows. Now reinstalled everything and still the same error! Everything installed via Native Access 2.5.0 (Traktor pro 3 3.1.6)+ Traktor pro 3 plus) also an AMD processor.

Samesame over here, but with an Intel i5 12700k CPU.

No Asio, only X1 and S1. I have the same error message as the thread starter.

I´ve uninstalled everything and cleaned registry etc. Re-Installation did not help. Traktor crashes while playing a track. It Freezes and the track keeps playing, then after a while that message pops up.

Can I upload the crash reports here?
