vocoflex download

One Track Brain

I just bought vocoflex by dreamtonics on the native website, but i cannot find the install. it does not show up in my native access. I do see it when i login on the website in my order history, i do see it in the products and licenses tab, but it does not show up in the products downloads there either.

The NI website does not say how the product is delivered so then only one that can tell how it is would be @Jeremy_NI and he appears as having left for today.

It is possible that you are getting an email with redeem instructions or that there are redeem instructions in the email that you got from NI when buying , so please check your inbox and the spam filter also !

Else you will have to ask N.I. Support and there is a lot of delay at the moment but you could ask the bot Riff if it knows anything about it though I doubt that it does at this particular point in time.

i checked my spam en inbox, no donwload link to be found! i do find the email with the order confirmation, (but it doesn't contain a download link ) and the email with the invoice!

Paying went smooth, but getting the software proves to be more difficult. :) i also filed a support ticket…

As it's a Dreamtonics product, have you tried emailing them? They also have a forum.

Hey, thank you for all the replies! I thought the same thing but i am hesitant about mailing Dreamtonics the manufacturer because the shop i bought their item from is not delivering it… I bought it from Native for tax reasons since i am in the EU and i already have the account

I'm just thinking you might get a faster response from them, as we can see from Jeremy's many posts, response time from NI support is slow. Presumably you do have a serial number and proof of purchase, and they should be able to provide a download link.

It also says on the Dreamtonics site that you have to go through an identity verification process on a third party site before you can use Vocoflex…

@One Track Brain Did you get any emails after the purchase? There should be instructions and/or a serial for you to redeem there.

This is a third party plug-in, not a library so it's probably not delivered through Native Access. I imagine you need to get the installer and everything on their end.

In the meantime I will try to get some clarity on this topic.
