Hardware Services Connection not availble in Native Access

Bought a new Kontrol s61 Mark 3 and cannot get beyond the registration screen. It has registered OK, but the Hardware Services Connection app has not appeared in Native Access. I have tried everything suggested by AI and help Bots, but still nothing. Even reinstalled Native Access.

The keyboard cost hunders of pounds and is just sitting there as a peice of junk!

I understand that there may be alag before the NI server releases the app to my Native Access, but is has been nearly 24 hours now.

This really is not good enough.

Try first logging in to the NI site , then go this page and click the link : Hardware Connection Service download , then just for good measure then reboot computer , then check if the HCS is available in latest version of Native Access for your OS .

If it then is still not available then also check if it is available for download at the Account downloads .
