Komplete Start products not showing up in Native Access

Yesterday, I've created a Native Instruments account, claimed Komplete Start, and installed the Native Access app on macOS (ARM). In the app, on the 'All' tab, I only see: Controller Editor, Kontakt 8 Player, Reaktor 6 Player. In Ableton, the Kontakt 8 Player only has 'Piano Uno'. The Reaktor 6 Player is empty.

I've tried refreshing the app and reinstalling. Nothing seems to help. How can I get access to Komplete Start?

Hi both, thanks for looking into this. I was busy typing a reply, then checked Native Access, and saw that the instruments have now appeared. I guess there's some delay in the automated unlock process? Took about half a day at least.

Anyway, problem solved. @Jeremy_NI: the e-mail addresses did match, but I used 'Sign in with Google' initially (for the non-forum account).

Please check your account to see if you have Komplete Start added to your account. If not then be sure to keep clicking all the way through when adding Komplete Start. Also be sure to be logged into same account in N.A:

What exactly is your OS ? (software will not show in the OS unless compatible with the OS)

@eggsfordays I tried to check your account with the email you used for the forum. I couldn't find any product or any Komplete Start bundle. Maybe double check that you entered the correct account/email in Native Access.

You didn't specify which version of MacOS you have, it would be useful to know, for compatibility and this kind of things.
