My Products (Ozone 12 or "iZotope Music Production Suite") and RX 11/RX12

Account question:
1) I don't see Ozone 12 listed in my "My Products" page for me although I do purchased it and am using it.

2) ALTHOUGH, I do have a license for the "iZotope Music Production Suite" and what is included in there? BUt I don't see that lsited at all in "My Products"
Sorry for the confusion on the "BUNDLE".

3) Do I also own RX11 or RX12? I see that referenced as a tool for stemming in some videos?

- I'd like to mix/master from target stems and not sure how I can pull out the guitar or vocals from another produced track.

- I know Ozone 12 will allow me to listen to the 3 stems of my mix,
=⇒ BUT I want to pull stems from other radio songs to compare my EQ's.

What is BEST for that effort?

4) I was "allowed" to download RX 11, but is that just for audio clean up or "stem" related? Is it just a trial or do I own it?

It would help to try to answer that question if you told us exactly what version of "iZotope Music Production Suite" that you bought ? What version of MPS did you buy ?

Thing is that N.I. was bought by inMusic , and inMusic then sold off iZotope to BorisFX so the particulars starts to matter a lot !

Have you tried downloading and installing iZotope Product portal and checked if products are there ? : Welcome to iZotope Product Portal .

Generally though then you can download installers for products here : iZotope product trial downloads .

Wow.

1) I purchased Ozone 12, with iZotope Music Production Suite 8 from the Native Instruments shop.
SN-MPS8-vvvv-zzzz-yyyy-xxxx (I left off the last 4 of SN since this is somewhat private info)

Maybe this is why it seemed my iZotope and NI logins & pages seemed somewhat klugey.

2) So, who do I need to contact for Ozone?:
Native Instruments, inMusic, BorisFX, or iZotope?
Please provide the link for whatever company if you haven't done so yet.

3) Since you provided the iZotope Product Portal, I'm assuming the iZotope interface still works?

4) On the same subject, who would be the contact for iZotope Nectar?

If you want to check if you can install in the iZotope Prodict Portal then you should be able to get a download link for that on this page : Welcome to iZotope Product Portal

If you want to try manually installing using the installer files themselves then you should be able to get them here : iZotope product trial downloads , iZotope Legacy Downloads , but that will not help with the activation if that does not work. (but you can still check if you can activate in N.A: )

But else if things do not work for you then as Jeremy_NI writes then you have to sort it out with https://support.izotope.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Ok. Thank you for your support and trying to help.
I'm either super dumb, don't read well, or there's more confusion occuring...
I try not to ask dumb questions, but here's what happens. There seems to be dead links and website cross-linking, and maybe broken naviagtion cleanup that hasn't occured correctly. I guess it's not your problem, but that of BorisFX.

and I installed the "iZotope Product Portal".
Attached are the errors and info I get that references NI, points to incorrect products, etc. The same thing used to happen when iZotope first became part of NI.
I am sorry for asking for more help, but please tell me - Am I dumb (be hoenst), or is there still some ambiguity and cleanup that needs to occur between products/companies/portals and am I using the right links?

Hello @Jeremy_NI , my iZotope products are still listed in Native Access, will they stay here.
And logging to iZotope acoiunt is still using the NI logging, how long will it stay.
Then should I bring back the iZotope installer to manage their products.
Last : what about GFuitar Rig 7 which is included in iZotope Music Production Suite ?

No , you are not dumb , it's a mess , I noticed the other day that even the link to Product Portal at bottom of e.g. the iZotope front page doesn't work either.

But I think that I made sure that all the links that I provided for you works.

Anyway , then thing is that I am not a employee at NI nor at iZotope and I have zero access to any of your account information so all I can do is to try to help and advice as best I can.

And if our attempt to help here does not work then only the respective support departments can help.

If you have any questions related to Izotope products usability or if you need clarifications on their use, installation, etc… you should get in touch with Izotope's support.

If you installed these Izotope products with Native Access, nothing changes yet and you can still install and activate with Native Access. If you are having issues with it, then you should be able to contact both NI and Izotope about it. We are still in touch on these topics.

For the moment nothing has changed on this matter. If you have installed the products with Native Access, this is still the way to activate your products. Same with the accounts at the moment.

As communicated before, the account separation and possibly a different installation and activation process will come at a later stage and customers will be informed well in advance.

If you have issues with the installation in Native Access you should be able to contact both NI and Izotope, we are still collaborating on these matters.
