kontakt broken..glitching gui

updated kontakt and now its glitching.

the mouse cursor is constantly flashing as if its clicking on something but its not and theres alot of lag when playing .

this happened a few years ago in kontakt 7 and finally got fixed with a update but for ages i couldnt use it because it was glitching.

if i load up kontakt instruments in komplete kontrol the issue isnt there its just in this last kontakt update..can anyone help?thanks

If you are sure that you have a bug then for bug help/support then please contact N.I. Support.

If you think that your problem is with latest version of an app then simply uninstall the app , reboot computer , and then download and reinstall previous version from your Account downloads .

thanks ive tried that but its still doing it ..even kontakt 7 is now broken.

If what vocal point suggests dies not help then try the Kontakt Crashes support page solutions .

And if that doesn't help either then please contact N.I. Support .

thanks ive tried changimng resolution and other things mentioned in the older post but didnt fix it.

my graphiocs card is a gforce gt730..yes its old but kontakt works fine in cubase its just standalone which is the problem.

Try running DXDiags to find out the Direct 3D level , requirements are Graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_0) or higher

The GT730 has the Feature Level 11_0 , but otherwise appear to meet only minimum requirements.

Generally though I'd advice at least a modest upgrade (just check that your computer meets the power requirements of any upgrade)

As Poorfellow notes the age of the card matters.

And it does not mean because it works with one app - it will work with others.

Kontakt 8 will require a modern card for sure.
