How do I sell my secondhand NI Maschine Mikro 2?

I bought a Maschine Mikro 2 earlier in 2026, and the person who sold it to me was able to generate a transfer ID. I now want to sell the device again, and the transfer portal said that the software for Maschine 2 and the expansions are not transferrable. How do I make it transferrable again?

Often the software that comes with the hardware unit as 'base' software is not transferable but to the extend that the software is base software then seller will keep their own copy and buyer will get their copy upon registration of the hardware.   Other software and hardware that in principle might be transferable could be locked if within the first 60 days of registration , in which case you need the help of  N.I. Support as pointed out by mykejb.

When did you transfer the Mikro to your account?  There's a 60-day period after registration where you can't create a transfer ID. If you contact support they should be able to help you, and you can do that from here -
