no sound

Hello. Last night's I had an isshu.in my gig sound went off.all was working with software and controller but the phone and master sound were not coming out. I restart the mack book and player take out all cables and connect. After some time was ok.its happen two times. Please advise.im using Traktor s4 mk3 with traktor pro4.

First thing i would do is make sure the connections are stable.

* Don't use external USB hub to connect your device
* Go into the macOS equivalent of device manager as admin and deactivate all rights the OS may have to power down USB connected devices and internal USB hubs.
* Set your power management level to highest performance, no energy savings.

Test a couple of hours at home to stress test you setup before doing a gig.

Edit: the above bullet points are also important for your music files, in case they are externally connected to your computer.
