Why is Cloud Supply not showing in my Native Access Portal?

Cloud supply is not showing up in Native Access or Kontakt 7/8 though it is included in the Komplete Select 15 (Beats Edition) package which I got after purchasing an AKAI MPK MINI IV. I have reset the library by deleting the .xml file reset and refreshed the library multiple times. All software is running on the latest updates.

Anyone experienced this? How was it resolved?

@Joshy Sorry to hear about this taking so much time. I've added a NFR for Cloud Supply to your account. That should fix it!

Try checking if you can find Cloud Supply on the Account downloads , if it does then as a work-around then download from there and install it manually using the downloaded file.

Only problem is Cloud Supply doesn't appear on Account downloads. Received an email from Native Instruments that Cloud Supply is not included in the Komplete 15 Select (Beats) package even though it's listed on the website and also appears in quite a few online reviews of the product/package.

Wondering if it's me or it's a marketing hoax.

If it said on the Komplete 15 Select page when it was V. 15 that Cloud Supply was included then it should be included.

What email that you have received sounds as if could be an AI answer from 'Jonas' , did you respond to the AI answer as it says in bottom of email that you should to get help ?

Please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also
valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

But we can also ask @Jeremy_NI to look into this , but he will not be here before some time next week (Monday or later)

@Joshy Cloud Supply should be included, I believe my colleague already corrected hos inital reply. I've escalated your ticket, someone should get back to you as soon as possible.

@Jeremy_NI No, didn't receive any correction for the initial reply, but I assume it is being worked on now, because I received another mail and a notification (inside Native Access) to reinstall/update Kontakt and check for Cloud supply. Did so, but it still hadn't appeared.

Was told NI is migrating support operations, so I'd have to wait a little longer. So, keeping my fingers crossed.
