My Komplete Standard 26 products remain in demo mode in Native Access even though I've activated the

Hello, I have a KKMK2 with the S Series license.

I purchased an S Series Upgrade 26, which was manually activated by NI, but the products are still in demo mode.

Even after deleting the XML files, nothing has changed.

Could someone please help me??

I have the same problem, and NI support have now stopped replying to my emails/updating ticket.

If you have a ticket at NI support then please get back to them ASAP and tell them that your problem has not been solved and tell what is the problem now.

Else then please contact N.I. Support .

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
