I'm reaching out regarding my Maschine Mikro MK3, which is stuck in DFU mode and not being recognized correctly by Maschine software. I've worked through your full troubleshooting guide and wanted to document everything I've tried before escalating.
**USB Connection**
- Tested multiple USB cables, including one confirmed working with another device
- Tried both a powered USB hub and direct connection to the computer
- Tested on two separate computers across both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports
- In all cases, the device shows up as "Maschine Mikro MK3 DFU" in Device Manager
**Firmware**
The MM3 Updater shows firmware version 0.5.2 installed (matching the updater version), and reports no newer firmware available. Serial number is 0001370A.
**Driver Updates**
- Ran Update Driver in Device Manager for the Maschine Mikro MK3 DFU entry; Windows reports the best driver is already installed
- Manually pointed the driver to C:/Program Files/Native Instruments/.../Inf as instructed; no change
- Downloaded and confirmed the latest ASIO driver is installed
- Windows is fully up to date
**NI Services**
Both NIHardwareService (PID 5308) and NIHostIntegrationAgent (PID 5376) are running. I've restarted both services and the computer.
Could anyone advise on next steps?
