I own stutter edit 2 but cant find it in my native access

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I’ve been having an issue with Stutter Edit that’s been going on for a while, and I haven’t heard back from support yet.

I can confirm I own Stutter Edit on both the Isotope listing and the Native Instruments listing, but when I try to download it or look for it in Native Access, it’s not there. I’ve checked everywhere and can’t find it anywhere.

It’s even telling me I need to rebuy it, since when I go to the Stutter Edit purchase page it says “Buy this product,” but on my product page it shows that it’s already registered to the same account.

Is there anything I can try? We all know the Native Instruments support team is rare to show up, so I’m hoping someone here can help.

Try turning on Show Legacy versions in Native Access .

Also then I don't know if Stutter Edit 2 is compatible with Tahoe , if it is not then it will not show in N.A.

Else then this could be the sort of problem that needs NI Support for fixing. But have you tried logging in at iZotope and then download the product from here ? : https://www.izotope.com/pages/product-downloads/ or direct link to Stutter Edit 2 page.

As far as I know - only releases back to (circa mid-2023-ish) for Izotope will show up in Native Access now. The earliest one I see is Ozone 10 Standard.

Stutter Edit 2 dates back to 2020 and anything older like that will need to be downloaded from your NI (or Izotope) account and installed manually.

Good news - it is Apple Silicon supported.

It's shown currently on the Native Instruments site though, and there's nothing there to suggest it doesn't appear in NA or that you have to use Product Portal…

i have the same problem, i can see it online in my native access account but not within the the product portal, where i logged me in with my native account data
