Komplete Select Bundle not showing in my NA App

I got Komplete Select with my Novation launchkey but for some reason I can’t access it through the Native Acces app. On my NI account it appears as not registered (I assume because it isn’t installed) but nothing appears on NA.

I emailed support but got an ai automated response. I also responded to that mail but haven’t received any feedback.

Same here. Tried to contact them two times, got only automated, unhelpful responses from AI named Jonas. Funny enough, it disregarded all the information I have provided and explained to me how to use a voucher I explicitly stated I had already used.

Honestly, given that Native doesn't provide serials for those bundles, and that it cannot be activated, and that the only way of getting support is AI that links to materials about how to install allt he software but not how to activate bundles when they're bought/claimed, this steps into scam territory.

My issue happens on Windows 11, btw. But that's not important - this is surely their backend issue.

On my NI account it appears as not registered (I assume because it isn’t installed) but nothing appears on NA.

If shown on your account page as not registered then the bundle is already associated with your account and only need for you to install one of the products from the bundle that should show in Library tab in Native Access.

However then at the moment then it appear as if N.I. have some problem synchronizing account and N.A. when it comes to Select for third party hardware and if you have that problem then you will need the assistance of NI Support to get it fixed (unless they suddenly get it all fixed centrally at one time.)
