So, a week ago i spilled water on my mac book, my debut single was ready to release and i was devastated. Bought a new mac book and transferred the files over to find native access missing all of my instruments. Contacted native support to be met with AI responses linking me to guides ive already attempted to follow. Basically a whole week of attempting contact daily just to be told to delete my NativeAccess.xml again and again (without it fixing it), ive reinstalled my entire native access, deleted all native instruments software from the other mac and logged out on there. Still nothing, I added komplete start to my library and that shows up. Ive tried inputting my serial number into native access, it just says "success" then does nothing. Im genuinely so frustrated with the lack of support and being met with AI while ive had to push back my debut singles release a whole week waiting for one human to speak to me. I was supposed to be applying for a music grant and the application closes in a week and if i have no material I will not be eligible.
