I recently put in a request to transfer my old Traktor software along with update versions, Traktor sent me the email with the serials for each product stating they are ready for transfer however never provided a transfer ID needed for the new owner to Transfer into his account.
I also can’t see anything under “My Transfers” on my account nor do they show I’m my products.
I’ve tried to open multiple tickets but every one is replied to with some generic AI email which does not help, then if I reply to that email I’m never responded to.
