Unable to register 2nd hand MX2

I have recently purchased MX2 from eBay. Seller has transferred TP4 licence but is unable to transfer MX2 code. Which basically means I cannot load hardware onto my account nor TP4.

We have both logged tickets but are just getting Ai responses.

You need to keep replying to the AI generated responses so your tickets get escalated to a real person. If you don't get a response to your replies within a day or two come back here and we can ask one of the NI reps to give support a poke for you.
