How to Download Komplete Start

Question

Trying to get free Komplete Start but going in circles of web pages. I did make an account. Instructions say:

"Install all included products by clicking "Install All" in the “New” tab of Native Access."

But the "New" tab of Native Access has no "Install All" button. It just lists the first 20 of 1005 products. The Free tab cuts this down to 7 but none of them are Komplete Start.

Another page says "Now open Native Access, log in, and download all contents from the “Home”  tab." This does have an "Install All" button but none of the parts listed are Komplete Start and most look irrelevant or unnecessary ("Ozone Imager 2?? Ethereal Earth??).

How do I access and install Komplete Start?

It sounds like you have Komplete Start available as the two products you mentioned are included with it.

Komplete Start isn't a single product you install, it's a bundle of applications and libraries. If you open Native Access then click the Library it'll show you all the products you can install. You should see Kontakt Player, Massive X Player, Guitar Rig 7 Player and other products listed on this page -

Your software is in your Library ,  use horizontal tab 'Library' :

You can also check your account page to see if you added the "Komplete Start" to account .  And then be sure that you are logged into same correct account also in N.A. .   Please notice that on account it will say 'Komplete Start' but in Native Access Library it will shows as the individual products from the bundle.
