So for the record, I was a huge proponent and supporter of the Kontrol MK3 Series keyboards being completely integrated with the Maschine software. As someone who solely uses the Maschine standalone version of the software, no one would have appreciated the aforementioned integration more than me. I've been using Maschine for over 12 years now and I do not see myself leaving the ecosystem anytime soon. With that being said, this new update has been ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS for me. I have multiple projects that I was working on for paying clients as well as a couple of booked sessions that I now have to reschedule/postpone until Native Instruments provides me some kind of a solution to get me back up and running again. I've been trying to communicate with their support team but they stopped responding after trying to tell me to "optimize my settings/system" when none of that was needed beforehand. To be honest, I would GLADLY downgrade my hardware connection service, firmware and software JUST to get the opportunity to make money again. You guys have truly f****d me with this update. I don't know why but for some reason my setup is completely unusable. every time I simply open the software I continuously get a "Not Responding" loop as if its just glitching out and/or not allowing me to really do anything. I can't have my keyboard on at the same time and expect to get any motion/movement from my software at all….and if I try to disconnect my keyboard and only use my Maschine and my Maschine Jam, then its running at a snail's pace. Its literally running like molasses and now I'm out of work and unable to make money. NAtive you gotta help me out here and for someone who's spent thousands of dollars with you guys, to not get any responses from the "support team" is truly unacceptable! This is how you treat loyal customers??!!??? WTF!!! 😡😡😡
