Maschine 3 software

Question

I bought the mashine software and it still says demo. And its not registered. I also have a maschine mk3. And I cant get the license transfer over to me. I have is the hardset Controller serial number. And device ID  and how much I paid for it on the back. How can I get. Everything restored properly

Did you buy the Maschine software from the Native Instruments web site?  If you did and the software is showing as a demo the first thing to do is contact support which you can do here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

For the Maschine hardware you'll again need to contact support using the link above, tell them you want to register the hardware to your account and ask if they can help.
