My Native Access I cannot log in my password correct my e mail correct but i cannot log in I uninstall and install and restart nothing work. I working on my work they kick me out and i cannot log in back . Please urgently help on this issue
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS .
And be sure that you are logged into the correct account using correct email and password.
Then please make sure that you have sufficient Administrator privileges on the computer.
Then uninstall the Native Access and the NTKDaemon ,
Then delete the Native Access folder from %AppData%\Native Instruments\
Then restart computer ,
download latest version of Native Access for your OS
then reinstall Native Access as an Administrator .
If you are still unable to log in to Native Access, please temporarily disable any VPN service you are using and try again.

Also remember the credentials for Native Access AND your Ni account online are identical. If one works - so should the other. What exact error message are you getting?

I don't received any message I don't know why. I cannot login . Yesterday I working all day with izotope Pro and in Last nice program kicked me out . and After that I cannot login . My passwords is correct because I can login to Web and check on my account. and now so confused I have work on Program and I need to finish my work to send it out to my boss. So Please help me about it . Thank you so much in advance . I did uninstall and re install new version already but nothing work restarted my router too. Looking forward urgent support.
